When it comes to distribution, our goal is to get shipments picked and packed as quickly as possible. This means we're often unable to accommodate changes to an order, including cancellations, once an order has been placed. Please be sure to thoroughly review your cart before placing your order.
Orders are immediately transmitted to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that means we're unable to support cancellations and changes to orders once they're placed.
Tip! If there's an error with your shipping address, please contact us with the correct address so we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Item changes and modifications
Orders are immediately transmitted to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. That means we're often unable to remove/add products to an order once they're placed.
Adding products to an order
Unfortunately, we can't add items to an order once it's placed. To make up for additional shipping charges on the subsequent order, you can contact us to have a shipping credit of the same value applied to your account for your next purchase. To qualify, please ensure that the new order:
- Is placed within 24 hours of the original order,
- Has the same shipping method selected for the original order; and,
- Is shipping to the same shipping address as the original order.
Note: Due to fulfillment procedures, we're unable to pack multiple orders in a single shipment. Orders will be packed and ship separately.
