When it comes to distribution, our goal is to get shipments picked and packed as quickly as possible. This means we're often unable to accommodate changes to an order, including cancellations, once an order has been placed. Please be sure to thoroughly review your cart before placing your order.
Note: Fullscript is committed to reducing our environmental impact. One way we reduce our impact is by sending your products in as few shipments as possible. Partial shipments still occur if one product isn't available at the distribution center closest to you, but is available at the other. Due to this, we can't guarantee any attempted changes to an order as they may not be able to apply to the entire order, depending on its progress with our warehouses and couriers.
Orders are immediately transmitted to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that means we're often unable to support cancellations and changes to orders once they're placed.
Tip! If there's an error with your shipping address, we may be able to reroute your shipment instead of canceling the order entirely. To request a change to your shipping address, send us an email.
Item changes and modifications
Orders are immediately transmitted to our warehouses to be picked and packed as soon as possible. That means we're often unable to remove/add products to an order once they're placed.
Adding products to an order
Unfortunately, we can't add items to an order once it's placed and a separate order must be placed to order additional products.
To make up for additional shipping charges on the subsequent order, you can request that a shipping credit of the same value be added to your account for a future purchase. To qualify, please ensure that the new order:
- Is placed within 24 hours of the original order,
- Has the same shipping method selected for the original order; and,
- Is shipping to the same shipping address as the original order.
Please send us an email with both of your order numbers to submit your request.
Note: Due to fulfillment procedures, we're unable to pack multiple orders in a single shipment. Orders will be packed separately, though it's likely they'll be delivered at the same time.
Shipping address changes
If there's an error with your shipping address, we may be able to correct or reroute your shipment depending on where it is with our warehouses or couriers. Please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to get your order to you. To request a change to your shipping address, send us an email.
