Patient FAQs: I'm a patient. How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address from the My account page.
To get there, select the menu ( ) from the top-right of your screen, then click My account. On mobile devices, tap the menu ( ) first, followed by your name, then Account.
From here, enter your new email and current password, then hit Confirm to submit your changes. The new address should be an email not currently used on Fullscript, or else you will receive an 'email already taken' error.
Once updated, you'll use this email to sign in to your account going forward. Any emails we send in the future will be sent here too, including order and shipping confirmations, refill reminders, and new prescription emails.

Tip! Can't remember your password? From the patient menu, click Sign out and then click Forgot password from the login page to reset it.
