Receiving payouts from Fullscript
As orders are placed, profit accounts will accumulate earnings that are paid out to the active bank account every 30 days.
If you choose to open a profit account type while setting up your account, we'll request a bank account right away. After the initial setup of your account, bank accounts can be added and managed from the Payouts & tax page (US dispensaries) or Payments page (Canadian dispensaries).

Adding bank accounts to a US dispensary
Adding your first bank account during account setup
Profit accounts enter direct deposit information on step 5 while completing account setup. A bank account must be provided before patient orders can be placed through the dispensary.
To add a bank account in the completing your account modal:
- In step 5, enter the Routing Number (9 digits), Account Number, and the Account holder's name.
- In Account held by, specify if the account is held by an individual or company.
- Select the Account type: checking or savings.
- Review the details entered and click Submit to save the bank account and complete the account setup.
Note: Some savings accounts may not be accepted.
Adding another bank account
After account setup, dispensary owners can go to the Payouts and tax page to add a new bank account. Keep in mind, only one bank account can be active at one time.
To add a bank account after the initial account setup and account completion:
- Go to the Payouts and tax page.
- Scroll down to the Banking details section.
- Click Add bank account.
- Enter the Routing Number (9 digits)
- Enter the Account Number.
- Enter the Account holder's name.
- In Account held by, specify if the account is held by an individual or company.
- Select the Account type: checking or savings.
Note: Some savings accounts may not be accepted.
- Review and click Add new bank account to add the account.

Adding your first bank account during account setup
If you've opted to make a profit while completing account setup, you'll be prompted to enter a bank account (i.e., direct deposit information) in the following step. A bank account must be provided before patient orders can be placed through a dispensary.
To add a bank account in the completing your account modal:
- On step 5, enter the bank account's Transit/brand & institution number as one number (8 digits total), Account Number, and the Account holder's name.
- In Account held by, specify if the account is held by an individual or company.
- Select the Account type: checking or savings.

Adding another bank account
After account setup, dispensary owners can go to the Payments page to add a new bank account. Keep in mind that only one bank account can be active at one time.
To add a bank account after the initial account setup and account completion:
- Go to the Payments page.
- Scroll down to the Payout bank account heading and click Add bank account.
- Enter the account's Transit/brand & institution number as one number (8 digits total).
e.g., 12345002. - Enter the Account number.
- Enter the Account holder's name.
- In Account held by menu, specify if the account is held by an individual (personal account) or company (business account).
- Select the Account type: checking or savings.
Note: Savings accounts may not be accepted.
- Review and click Add new bank account to add the account.
Re-activating bank accounts
US dispensaries
To re-activate a saved bank account:
- Go to the Payouts & tax page and scroll down to the Banking details heading.
- Select an inactive bank account.
- Click Activate account.
Canadian dispensaries
To re-activate a saved bank account:
- Go to the Payments page and scroll down to the Payout bank account heading.
- Select an inactive bank account.
- Click Activate account.
Inactive bank accounts
Bank accounts saved to the account can't be deleted, but rest assured, payouts will only be deposited to the active account.
