We're happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened and aren't heat-sensitive.
RMA numbers are how our warehouse tracks and identifies your return, and are essential to processing your refund. Items shipped back to our warehouse without an RMA number often cannot be traced back to the shipper. To ensure your refund is processed successfully, reach out to our Customer Success team for an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the return shipment.
Note: Wholesale products purchased at a supplier volume discount rate are final sale and ineligible for return. Some exceptions may apply. Contact our Customer Success team for more information.
Return processing times
Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied. This can take 1-3 weeks once received. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
The refund will be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
Return shipping labels
We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed and waive all restocking fees.
We guarantee our products for at least 90 days or for as long as the bottle should last. Products with an expiry short of 90 days are removed from our inventory and aren't distributed.
Tip! Some brands print manufactured-by dates (MFG) on their bottles instead of expiry dates. If you're concerned about a date presented on products you've received, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Success team who can confirm the date form (manufactured or expiry date) on your behalf!
