We're happy to process a return for products that are unopened, non-heat sensitive/non-perishable and have been purchased within the last 30 days. You'll need to contact our Customer Success team for an RMA number, as well as the return address information, which can vary depending on the product(s) you are returning from your order.
RMA numbers are how our warehouse tracks and identifies the returns, and aids in processing your refund. Items shipped back to our warehouse without an RMA number often cannot be traced back to the shipper. To ensure your return is processed, always reach out to Customer Success for an RMA number and clearly write this number on the outside of the return shipment.

Note: Wholesale products that received a supplier volume discount rate are final sale and ineligible for return. Some exceptions may apply. Contact our Customer Success team for more information.
Return processing times
Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied, which can take 1-3 weeks once received. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
We'll apply the refund to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account once your refund has been applied.
Return shipping labels
We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns, however, we will issue a full refund for the product cost and waive all restocking fees.
