Track your testing status

Overview

Once you’ve completed your testing, Fullscript makes it easy to track your testing status so you can stay in the loop. Our test status updates give you real-time visibility into your test results so you can stay updated on where your testing is in progress and get real-time access to your results. Track the status of your testing anytime right from your Fullscript account. Here’s how:

  1. Sign into your Fullscript account.
  2. Navigate to the My Health section.
  3. Click on the Labs tab.
  4. You’ll see the most current status next to each test.
  5. Underneath the current status, click View details to see the full status timeline with each associated date under Test History.

Status change descriptions

As you move through the testing process, your testing status will change. This is reflected in both your and your provider’s accounts.

Your testing status updates depend on whether you’ve ordered a specialty lab from Precision Analytical, Doctor’s Data, Diagnostic Solutions, Genova, or blood lab testing from Quest Diagnostics. 

Status changes specific to specialty labs:

  • Test purchased: You’ve successfully completed payment. 
  • Test shipped: Specialty testing has shipped and a tracking number has been generated. 
  • Test delivered: Specialty testing has arrived at your address. 
  • Processing at lab: Your sample has arrived at the lab and is being processed. 
  • Partial results available: Some of your testing results are ready to be viewed.
  • Results available: All test results are available.

Status changes specific to Quest Diagnostics:

  • Requisition pending: Your digital requisition form is being prepared.
  • Requisition ready: Your digital requisition form is ready to view or print. 
  • Processing at lab: Quest is processing your sample. 
  • Partial results available: Some of your testing results are ready to be viewed.
  • Results available: All test results are available.

Tracking your specialty test kit shipment

If you ordered testing from one of our specialty labs, Precision Analytical (DUTCH), Doctor’s Data, Diagnostic Solutions, or Genova, a physical test kit will be mailed to your door from a Fullscript distribution center.

Once you or your provider completes payment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours. Tracking notifications are sent to the email address you use to log into your Fullscript account. You can also return to the Order history page in your account for tracking information. Find your order and click Track package to track your order on the courier’s website.

Test kits will be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Orders are shipped within one business day. Please refer to the delivery window displayed in the checkout at the time your order is placed for a delivery estimate.

Accessing results

Sample processing times vary for each lab company based on the type of tests you ordered. We’ll notify you by email once your provider has reviewed the results.

You’ll also have access to your lab testing results right from the Labs section of your account and clicking View Details next to the test. Learn more about viewing your results.
