Instructions for auditors
- Open the assigned video from the audit tracker (practitioner/patient).
- Watch the video from start to finish.
- Evaluate using Accuracy and Relevance criteria.
- Check the YouTube/Support article description for clarity, spelling/grammar, and SEO-friendly meta description.
- Document timestamps for any required in-video edits.
- Mark small errors (grammar, tone, description issues) directly in audit task notes.
- If a new video is needed, log it in the Video audit board.
Things to action immediately:
- In Support Center articles: Fix spelling, grammar, tone, formatting, or meta descriptions directly, and document the changes you made in the task.
- For YouTube videos: If you notice issues (spelling, grammar, tone, or meta descriptions), note them in the task with timestamps or details — Jason will make the edits in YouTube.
Things to log for future work:
- Inaccurate workflows requiring re-recording.
- Videos that should be retired.
- Suggestions for entirely new videos.
