Instructions for auditors

  1. Open the assigned video from the audit tracker (practitioner/patient).
  2. Watch the video from start to finish.
  3. Evaluate using Accuracy and Relevance criteria.
  4. Check the YouTube/Support article description for clarity, spelling/grammar, and SEO-friendly meta description.
  5. Document timestamps for any required in-video edits.
  6. Mark small errors (grammar, tone, description issues) directly in audit task notes.
  7. If a new video is needed, log it in the Video audit board.

Things to action immediately:

  • In Support Center articles: Fix spelling, grammar, tone, formatting, or meta descriptions directly, and document the changes you made in the task.
  • For YouTube videos: If you notice issues (spelling, grammar, tone, or meta descriptions), note them in the task with timestamps or details — Jason will make the edits in YouTube.

Things to log for future work:

  • Inaccurate workflows requiring re-recording.
  • Videos that should be retired.
  • Suggestions for entirely new videos.
