Resending plan notifications to boost adherence

Follow up on the plans you’ve sent to encourage plan adherence across your patients without spending valuable time writing a new plan.

Resending plan notifications

You can resend a plan notification (email or SMS) to your patient by following these steps:

  1. Click Plans in the navigation bar.

  1. Update the Status filter to Not purchased.

  1. Search for the correct patient, then click Send reminder.

  1. Choose to resend the notification as an email or a text message.

Tip!

Text messages lead to better adherence than emails alone. Standard message rates may apply.

The Send reminder option in the Plans tab is only available for unordered plans. For ordered plans, see our refill reminders guide.
