Troubleshooting lab issues

While lab testing usually goes smoothly, there are times when follow-up may be needed. If something comes up, Fullscript is here to help your team quickly identify and resolve the issue so your patients can stay on track with testing and care.

The most common lab-related issues are:

• Incomplete tests – when required information or enough of the sample isn’t provided.
• Specimen issues – when the sample arrives at the lab but isn’t viable for testing.

When an incomplete test or specimen issue is flagged, our labs team will email you with details and begin working directly with the lab to resolve it.

If a recollection kit is needed, we’ll manage the process from start to finish. Your patient will receive a new kit with tracking information, and you’ll be kept informed throughout.
