Find your Oura Ring serial number

When you contact Oura Partner Support, you may be asked for your Oura Ring serial number. You can find it in either of these locations:

• In the Oura app: Open the menu, select My Devices, then select your ring. The serial number appears at the bottom of the page.
• On the original packaging: The white label on the back of the box lists both the ring serial number and charger serial number.
