Google Pay troubleshooting tips

We accept Google Pay and other digital wallet options as payment options. If we recognize your Google Pay account on your device, it will display as a payment option in checkout.

If you’ve set up Google Pay but don’t see it as a payment option, check that:

  • You’re signed in to your Google account on your device.
  • A credit card has been added to your Google account.
  • The card’s expiration date is still valid. 
  • There are no firewalls that may be blocking Google Pay from being used on your device. i.e., if you’re using a work computer, you may want to try a different device.
