Integration setup: DocVilla + Fullscript

To set up the DocVilla integration:

1. In your DocVille account, select Setup from the list of options on the top right side of the page and click User Profile to proceed.

   

2. Scroll down and click the Authorize Fullscript Access button to initiate the integration process.

   

3. When redirected, create or sign in to your Fullscript account.

   

4. Review permissions and select Agree.

   

5. The page will return to DocVilla, and you should receive notice that you’ve successfully connected to Fullscript. If the integration setup was successful, you’ll see a Revoke Fullscript Access option in the Fullscript Settings section on the User Profile page.

   

Creating a Fullscript supplement plan in DocVilla

To create a supplement plan in DocVilla:

1. Click Patients at the top of the screen.

   

2. Find the desired patient by searching for their name using the search bar in the top right corner or select their name from the alphabetical list. You can proceed by clicking the patient’s name.

   

3. Once in the patient’s profile, select Supplements from the panel on the left-side.

   

4. Click Create Treatment Plan and select the provider to proceed.

   

5. The page will redirect to the Fullscript supplement plan tool with the patient already selected. This functions exactly like creating a plan directly in Fullscript where practitioners can use the product search and filters, add products from categories or protocols and also attach resources. Click the Send to patient button to send the supplement plan to the patient.

   

6. After clicking send, there will be a message notifying you that the supplement plan was sent successfully. You can revert back to the Supplements section in the patient’s profile and click the Refresh button to see the recently sent information added to their plan history.

Is DocVilla free for patients?

Yes, patients can join and use DocVilla for free.

Can Practitioners edit Fullscript recommendations once they’ve been sent?

Yes, practitioners can go into a patient’s profile and easily edit a previous recommendation. The Practitioner would identify the recommendation they’d like to update and click the Edit treatment plan button under the Actions column. The button will redirect them to Fullscript where they have the ability to modify and update the treatment plan. Under the Actions column, Practitioners are also given the ability to cancel a treatment plan.
