Completing testing ordered on Rupa and accessing results on Fullscript
Patients
If you had a pending lab order through Rupa and have since joined them on Fullscript, here’s what you need to know about completing payment, accessing requisitions, viewing results, and how testing will work going forward.
Paying for unpaid Rupa orders
If your provider sent you a lab test order on Rupa before switching to Fullscript and you haven’t paid yet:
- Complete your payment through Rupa.
- These unpaid orders aren’t moved to Fullscript because pricing, availability, or setup may differ between platforms.
Once payment is confirmed, your results will appear in Fullscript when they’re ready.
How to access Rupa lab results
When you log in to your Rupa account, you’ll see a message that your provider now uses Fullscript.
You have two options:
- View my labs on Fullscript – This takes you to your new Fullscript account, where your results will appear once available.
- Not now – This keeps you in your Rupa account in view-only mode, where you can download requisitions, instructions, or past results.
While in view-only mode, you won’t be able to upload new results or make changes to your account. You’ll also see a banner at the top of the page confirming your provider has moved to Fullscript.

The banner shown in view-only Rupa patient portals letting you know your practitioner has moved to Fullscript.
