Clinical consultations

Our lab partners offer one-on-one clinical consultations to help providers interpret patient lab results. These calls provide educational support and clinical guidance. If you already order labs directly with our partners, you’ll continue to have access to clinical consultations when ordering through Fullscript.

This guide explains who can book clinical consultations and how to contact each lab partner.

Providers using the authorization network

Providers who use the authorization network to recommend testing are not eligible to book clinical consultations. Only providers with full ordering access are eligible to schedule.

However, certain lab partners offer resources to all providers, including those using the authorization network:

• Diagnostic Solutions: Call 877-485-5336 to access educational resources.
• 3X4 Genetics: The Elite Access 3X4 community is available to all providers.
• KBMO Diagnostics: Providers can schedule a clinical consultation by filling out the lab’s consultation request form.
