You can modify Autoship orders at any time from the Autoship page in your account, but it's important to note that changes won't affect confirmed orders. Additionally, due to our efficient fulfillment times, we can't cancel or change an order once it's placed.

Adding new products to Autoship
You can add any product to Autoship! Just look for the Add to Autoship option on products in your plans, catalog, order history, or Autoship page to get started.

As products are added to your shopping cart, an Autoship menu will be displayed next to each product. To add a product to an Autoship order, select the Autoship menu and choose a shipping frequency. The Autoship order will be activated when the order is placed.

Scheduling autoship from your plan or the catalog
You can add new products to Autoship from your plans or the catalog by hovering your cursor over the product card, clicking on the options menu ( ), and selecting Add to Autoship. You will need to set your shipping and billing information to set up new Autoship schedules successfully. Head to the Autoship page to manage existing Autoship schedules.

Previously ordered products
Previously ordered products can be added to Autoship orders from your Order history and Autoship pages.
To schedule a past order to Autoship, go to the Order history page and select the Add all to Autoship button from any past order. To Autoship individual products, select the Autoship button next to any product.
To schedule previously ordered products to Autoship from the Autoship page, find a product under the Previously ordered heading and select Add to Autoship.

Removing products from an Autoship order
To remove a product from Autoship, go to the Autoship page, click the options menu ( ) on any product card, and select Remove. Select a reason and add additional comments to help us improve the Autoship service, then click Cancel Autoship orders to confirm.
Note: Removing products from Autoship won't remove them from an order that has already been placed.
Adjusting product quantities
To adjust the number of units (i.e., bottles, packs, bags, boxes, etc.) of a product to include in your Autoship orders, go to the Autoship page and use the plus ( + ) or minus ( - ) selectors next to any product to increase or decrease quantities to ship.
Adding, editing, and deleting shipping addresses
You can manage shipping addresses for your Autoship orders from the Autoship page. The selected address (blue checkmark) is the address future Autoship orders will ship to.
To add an address, click + Add shipping address, fill in all required fields, then click Add address. New addresses are automatically selected as the ship-to address for your future orders.

To edit or delete a shipping address, select the options menu ( ), then click Edit or Delete. When editing, make changes to necessary fields and click select Save address to save your changes.

Updating your payment method

Add a new payment method from the Autoship page by expanding the Shipping & billing menu ( ) and selecting +Add card under the Payment method section. Fill in the required fields, then select Add card to save your changes.

Removing a payment method
To remove a payment method:
- Go to the Autoship page.
- Under the Payment method section, select the options menu ( ) next to the payment method you want to remove, then select Delete.
Note: Payment methods that have been entered incorrectly can't be edited. You must enter the card again as new.
Skipping your next order
To skip an upcoming Autoship order, select the Edit shipment drop-down menu on the Autoship page, then select Skip upcoming order. On mobile devices, click the options menu ( ), then Skip upcoming order. Review the new order date, then select Skip order to confirm your changes.

Tip! You can also temporarily skip shipping a single product in your Autoship order by clicking the options menu of any product and selecting Skip this time. This will remove the product from the next shipment only; it will be included in any shipments after that.
Rescheduling your next order
To reschedule an upcoming Autoship order from the Autoship page, select the Edit shipment menu, then click Reschedule order. On mobile devices, click the options menu ( ), then Reschedule order. Choose a future date, then select the Reschedule order button to submit. This action will update the shipment schedule for future orders.

Editing your shipping frequency
You can change the shipping frequency of an Autoship order (multiple products) as well as individual products. See the gif below for a walkthrough of both options, or refer to the steps below.
To change the shipping frequency for an Autoship order:
- Select the Edit shipment menu, then Edit order frequency. On mobile devices, click the options menu ( ), then Edit order frequency.
- Select an interval from the Ship every menu, then click Update frequency to save your changes.
To change the shipping frequency for individual products:
- Click the product's options menu ( ), then Edit frequency.
- Select an interval from the Ship every menu, then click Update frequency to save your changes.

Order now (place order immediately)
If you need products immediately, you can place a scheduled Autoship order directly from the Autoship page without rebuilding your cart.
To place an Autoship order earlier than scheduled:
- Go to the Autoship page.
- Select Edit shipment, then select Order now. On mobile devices, click the options menu ( ), then Order now.
- Review your shipping and payment information, as well as your next Autoship refill date, and select Place order when you're done.
Note: Placing an order before the original refill date changes your Autoship refill frequency to keep your refills on schedule.
Canceling scheduled Autoship orders
To cancel your Autoship orders from the Autoship page, select the Edit shipment menu, then Cancel Autoship. On mobile devices, click the options menu ( ), then Cancel Autoship.
Though optional, we encourage you to select a cancellation reason and any additional information (optional). When finished, select Cancel Autoship orders to confirm the cancellation. Please see Canceling your Autoship order for more information.
