Why were Emerson Ecologics and Wellevate acquired by Fullscript?
Our collective efforts are built on a shared mission — helping people get better. Together, we can fuel more meaningful patient outcomes and provide better tools to support practitioners.
We're in the process of combining the best of both platforms into an even better experience. During this exciting time, supporting you and your patients remains our priority.
Is Wellevate closing?
Yes, Wellevate is closing October 1st, 2023, but you'll still be able to complete the migration to Fullscript at any time. As of October 1st, new patient orders must placed through Fullscript, and auto-refill orders must be recreated on Fullscript. Patients without a Fullscript account can click here to check for an invite from their practitioner. If you're a practitioner and completed the migration already, then your patients should have received an email inviting them to join you on Fullscript.

Is Emerson Ecologics closing?
No, you can continue to use Emerson Ecologics as you always have!
Can I transfer my Wellevate patients and order history to Fullscript now?
Yes, practitioners can go to their Wellevate store to complete the migration to Fullscript at any time, even after the site closes. We've put in the work to ensure that your patient and practitioner data is securely and successfully migrated over to Fullscript and that the transition is as smooth as possible.
This "Start migration" option may be available in your Fullscript practitioner account if you're already using Fullscript. For help migrating your Wellevate data to Fullscript, please contact our support team for assistance.
Are all brands on Emerson Ecologics & Wellevate now available on Fullscript?
We’re continuing to build an improved catalog that’s filled with the top brands from Fullscript, Emerson Ecologics, and Wellevate.
We know the catalog is an important pillar in making the transition from Wellevate to Fullscript as smooth as possible. We have already introduced Thorne back to Fullscript's catalog, and Microbiome Labs is now available on Emerson Ecologics and Wellevate.
Catalog parity is the goal, but it will take more time to get us there. We're expecting more brands to join Fullscript throughout September, so stay tuned!
What's going to happen to Wellevate Telehealth?
Wellevate Telehealth is no longer supported and isn't available through Fullscript at this time. If you're looking for alternatives to use in addition to your Fullscript dispensary, we recommend checking out our blog post 7 Ways to Incorporate Telehealth Technology Tools Into Your Practice, which includes a list of recommended telemedicine tools from Fullscript practitioners.
