Overview
Fullscript’s patient ordering experience is designed to help you get the wellness products you need quickly and easily, without tedious mental math.
When you view your cart, you can see exactly how long products will last according to practitioner or manufacturer recommendations — no calculations necessary!
Supply calculations have been applied to pill, capsule, and tablet-based products, with more product types to follow.
It’s a personalized ordering experience that’s adaptive to every patient’s wellness goals, answering the question, “How much do I order to last X amount of time?”.

Supply calculations and adjusting product quantities
To calculate the estimated supply of a product, we refer to the number of units (tablets, capsules, or tabs) in the bottle or packet and the product's dosage instructions. When ordering from a supplement plan, including community plans shared with you by your practitioner, dosage instructions set by your practitioner are used for this calculation. When ordering from the catalog, we'll use the manufacturer's dosage instructions.
When you add a product to your cart, select the dose-supply menu to see how many units of a product you need to last a given number of weeks or months. The number of corresponding units will also be included. If your practitioner has provided dosage instructions, their recommended amount will be indicated with a star icon. Find more on that below.
To see how long a product will last and to adjust product quantities in your order:
- Add products to your cart from your personalized supplement plans, community plans, or the catalog.
- Click the cart icon ( ) to open your shopping cart.
- Select the dose-supply menu and select a duration or unit (i.e., 3 weeks, 1 month, 1 unit, 2 units, etc.)
Tip! Align the supply duration of all products in your cart to avoid running out of some products early and having to order more frequently.
- Click Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address, payment information, then select a delivery method. Review and place your order on the final step of checkout. See Placing an order for a complete walkthrough of checkout.
Ordering your preferred number of units (without supply calculation)
Supply estimates are displayed to communicate how long your order is expected to last, but you can disregard this estimate and order by your preferred quantity instead. To order by units, select the drop-down menu and refer to the right-hand side for quantity options (i.e., 1 unit, 2, etc.). You can add between 1-10 units per product, if available.

Ordering quantities needed to complete your supplement plan (starred durations)
When selecting the quantity of a product in your cart, you may see a star icon ( ). This icon indicates the quantity selected is the amount you can order to have enough supply for the entirety of your supplement plan. This is calculated using the duration (i.e., how long to take the product) indicated by your practitioner in your plan.
The star icon ( ) located beside a quantity for a product in the cart.
This icon isn't shown when a specific duration hasn't been set by your practitioner. For example, when a product's duration is set to ongoing, it won't have an end date, so an ideal number of units can't be calculated. Durations may be different for each product in your plan.
