Following up on the plans you've sent is recommended to encourage plan adherence across your patients, but sending new plans isn't always necessary and can cost valuable time. Instead, visit the Insights page and apply the Not ordered filter to resend plan notifications and motivate patients to place an order.

Use filters to view individual plans belonging to patients that may need support. These patients may have forgotten to create their accounts, may need some friendly encouragement to place an order, or accidentally missed a refill. Whatever the case, you can easily send a follow-up by hovering over a plan and clicking the notification bell icon ( ).
In the Notify modal, you can send a reminder by text message or copy a direct link to the plan to send through email or another external communication method. Keep in mind, Fullscript sends reminders for supplement plans that go unactioned by patients after three days by default.
Patients who click through these reminders are prompted to sign in to their existing accounts or set a password to create an account if they've never logged in.
