Navigating to the Insights dashboard.

Filtering insights by team member
Your dashboard displays metrics to help you understand adherence behavior and highlights opportunities to help improve the adherence rates of your patients. By default, the data will reflect treatment plans activated through your practitioner account with the My prescriptions filter applied.
If there are multiple practitioners in the dispensary, use the filter to the right of the last updated timestamp (i.e., the My prescriptions menu shown in the image below) to toggle between and view adherence insights of other practitioners in the dispensary or the entire team.

Prescription adherence metrics
Selecting any of the three data tiles applies filters to view and action treatment plans affiliated with the selected tile/metric. To remove an applied filter, simply de-select the tile.
Each data tile also shows you if the activity for these categories has increased or decreased during the selected reporting period. Generally, it's good news when a metric is decreasing over time.
Metric definitions
- Unactivated patients: The % of patients who you have written a prescription for but have never signed in to their accounts over the last 'X' days.
- Not ordered: The % of patients who have not placed an order on a prescription over the last 'X' days.
- Missed reorders: The % of patients who should have already placed a follow up order for their prescription in the last 'X' days.
Note: Fullscript calculates this number by using the dosage information in the prescriptions you wrote for a specific patient.

Tip! Hover over the tooltip icon ( ) of each tile to view these definitions on the insights dashboard.
Filters
Use available time filters to display stats within the last 7, 14, or 30 days. Click the Last 'x' days drop-down menu in the prescription adherence metrics card to toggle between reporting periods.

Boosting adherence rates with patient notifications
Select a data tile or use filters to view treatment plans belonging to patients that may need support. These patients may have forgotten to create their accounts, may need some friendly encouragement to place an order, or accidentally missed a refill. Whatever the case may be, you can easily send a follow-up by hovering over a treatment plan and clicking the notification bell icon ( ).
In the Notify modal, send a reminder by text message or copy a direct link to the prescription to send through email or another communication method. Keep in mind, Fullscript sends reminders for treatment plans that go unactioned by patients after 3 days.
Patients who click-through these reminders are prompted to sign in to their existing accounts or set a password to create their account if they've never logged in.

Tip! Text messages lead to better adherence than emails alone! Standard message rates may apply.
Canceled prescriptions
By default, only active prescriptions are displayed. To gather insights on patients whose treatment plans you've canceled, click Filters, and then under Prescription state, check the box next to Show canceled.

Tip! The Show canceled filter is compatible with order status filters.
