Patient order FAQs: I'm a patient. Can I place an order through chat support?
Yes, we can! However, we can't accept credit card numbers through chat at this time. If this is your first order with us, or there's no card on file, you'll need to place your order online, or we can complete the order with you over the phone.
To place an order through our live chat channel, we'll need the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Items and quantities to be purchased
- Ship-to address
- Preferred shipping method
- Standard: 4-7 business days
- Priority: 1-3 business days
- The last four digits of the credit card on file you would like to use
