Wholesale Order FAQs: I'm a practitioner. Why were my healthcare credentials approved on Natural Partners but not on Fullscript?
Due to direct to patient prescribing available on the Fullscript platform, we require account holders to meet specific professional standards as health care providers who recommend supplements to their patients. Natural Partners, a predominantly wholesale platform, followed a business-resale model and didn't have the same requirements as Fullscript.
Following our merger, we adopted the Fullscript requirements. Unfortunately, for some, this means that your credentials no longer meet those minimum requirements for account approval.
