We explored the idea of transferring professional licenses on behalf of our Natural Partners customers. However, we soon realized that requiring customers to provide these documents allowed us to audit existing accounts to ensure we’re meeting our brand partners’ expectations. Simultaneously, it’s an opportunity for our practitioners to provide new and updated credentials for recently completed programs, ensuring modalities are accurate and you have access to all of the brands you should!
In Fullscript, tax exemption submissions are handled through unique URLs we'll use to audit and manage resale certificates more effectively. This also sets us up to update exemption rules en masse. Certificate management for Natural Partners customers was manageable for our size at that time, but as we continue to grow, it would have brought on more challenges and taken resources away from other projects that benefit our practitioners better.
