Within the Catalog or from a treatment plan, select the name of a backordered product to navigate to the product display page. Click , then select Email me when in stock.
The option will update to Awaiting in stock email to confirm the notification is active.
Opting in to be emailed when a backordered item is in stock.
Note: US customers can purchase backordered products to ship once they're in stock. Backordered products are typically replenished within 10-14 business days. If the product isn't available within 21 days from the purchase date, the order will be canceled automatically and refunded to the original payment method.
