FAQs: Do you provide return shipping labels?
No, return shipping labels aren't issued for product returns. However, as returns are received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the product cost and waive a restocking fee.
Note: The products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days. Unfortunately, we can not accept any heat-sensitive or perishable products for return. Please contact our Customer Success team for return information to return a product from your order.
