Practitioner FAQs: I'm a practitioner. How can I return products from a wholesale order for a refund?
We're happy to process a return for products that are unopened, non-heat sensitive/non-perishable, and have been purchased within the last 30 days. However, wholesale orders containing items purchased at a supplier volume discount rate are final sale and ineligible for return.
Returns within our Refunds & returns policy are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment once products are received at the warehouse. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your refund to be processed. We don't offer pre-paid return shipping labels at this time.
You can submit a return request and our Customer Success team will be happy to assist. Please have your order number, product names, and quantities you'd like to return ready before filling out the request.
