Natural Partners data import
Import your Natural Partners order history to your Fullscript dispensary before March 30, 2021 at 11:59pm PST to dispense virtually and stock your in-house inventory — all in one platform.
Syncing your accounts will:
- Provide access to previously ordered products from Natural Partners directly in your Fullscript dispensary
- Allow you to reorder a past order seamlessly
- Allow you to selectively add previously ordered products to your wholesale shopping cart
- Provide billing and shipping history for orders placed on Natural Partners
Note: Products may not be shown if they aren't available on Fullscript.
Connecting your accounts
By connecting your accounts, account owners can import order history to view past orders and reorder seamlessly without leaving Fullscript. Only store owners can sync accounts, and only one Natural Partners account per Fullscript dispensary is supported.
To connect your wholesale accounts and sync your data:
- From your Fullscript landing page, select Import data.
- Read the details displayed in the modal, then select Import. This will redirect you to Natural Partners to finish the account sync.
- Enter the login credentials for the Natural Partners account you wish to sync and click Sign In.
- Select Acknowledge to continue or click Stop to cancel. Once acknowledged, this action can't be undone.
Warning! Importing data syncs your accounts and cannot be undone. It may take up to 24 hours for all data to transfer to your Fullscript dispensary.
Viewing product history
Once synced, your Natural Partners product history can be viewed in the catalog by applying the Previously ordered filter.
To view previously ordered products:
- Select the Catalog tab to go to the practitioner catalog.
- In the product search field, search by keyword or apply a filter: ingredient, type, brand, etc.
- Select Filters.
- Under More, check the Previously ordered box to view previously ordered products within the applied filter.
Tip! This filter will also display Fullscript product history.
Complete order history
Natural Partners order history will be accessible from the Wholesale orders page in your Fullscript accounts once synced successfully. From this order history, practitioners can repeat a past order for products available in Fullscript.
To view NP order history in your dispensary:
- Hover over the Catalog tab and select Wholesale orders.
- Beneath the Ordered by heading, select , then select At Natural Partners.
Note: Natural Partners order history won't display unless the Order Placed: At Natural Partners filter is applied to the Wholesale orders page.
