Viewing your prescriptions
When you log into your patient account, you're taken to the Prescriptions page where you can view prescriptions your provider has written for you. You can add products to your cart to place an order, read messages from your practitioner, view dosage instructions, and view or download attachments. Scroll down the page to view your treatment plan history.
If you navigate away from this page and need to go back, select Prescriptions from the navigation menu at the top of the page. On mobile devices, you'll first need to select the menu icon ( ) to expand the menu before selecting Prescriptions to navigate back to this page.

Adding prescribed items to your cart
Before placing an order, you'll need to add products to your shopping cart. Select Add to cart to add individual products to your shopping cart or Add all to cart to add all products in a prescription to your cart with a single click.

Tip! Explore the Catalog to browse and purchase products that haven't been prescribed. The Catalog may not be available in all patient accounts. Catalog access may vary by dispensary as access is controlled by the dispensary owner.
Adjusting product quantities
As you add products to your cart from your prescription, the number of units specified in the prescription will determine how many are added to your cart. To customize this quantity, use the number selectors (+ / - ) before selecting Add to cart to specify how many units you'd like to order.
Tip! Quantities can also be adjusted in your shopping cart before selecting Continue to checkout.
You can view and download attachments in your prescription by clicking Open attachment under the attachment name within your prescription. The attachment will open in a new browser tab where you can view and download the file.

Ask for an alternative
To stay adherent to your treatment plan, if a product is discontinued or is unavailable due to a long-term backorder, you can ask your practitioner for an alternative product by selecting the Ask for an alternative button. This notifies your practitioner that you're unable to order the product from your treatment plan and that you'd like an alternative product to purchase in the meantime. An email will be sent to you once an alternative has been swapped into your plan by your practitioner.
