Black Friday Cyber Monday volume expected: November 25th-29th.
Due to an expected increase in orders between Nov 25th-29th, we have temporarily removed the priority shipping option from checkout in patient accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Patient orders will ship with our standard shipping option for delivery in 4-7 business days. Similarly, orders aren't guaranteed to ship same day if placed before the order cutoff (3pm ET).
Tip! Orders are handled by UPS and may be handed off to USPS for final delivery. Visit their alerts pages for up to date information on possible service delays this holiday season. View active alerts: UPS | USPS.

UPS and USPS continue to face high parcel volumes due to the pandemic and have had to adapt their operations to keep employees safe. At this time, couriers are delivering most packages on time.
As we head into the holiday season, we recommend allowing extra time for your order to arrive and ordering your products early when possible to avoid possible treatment plan disruptions.
We have not yet restored overnight (1 business day) as a delivery option on our website, but are closely monitoring the situation and plan to restore overnight services when we're confident that our customers won't face delays or disruptions.
