First, refer to your tracking information for an estimated delivery date provided by the courier. When you receive your shipment notification email, please wait 24 hours for movement and tracking details to display on UPS, USPS, and Canada Post web pages.
We email your tracking information as shipments leave our warehouses. Can't find a shipping notification in your inbox? Check your spam folder or go to your Order history page (patients and clients) or Wholesale orders page (practitioners and staff). If your order has shipped, click Track shipment from your recent order to view your shipment's progress on the courier's website.
For orders shipping within the US, items on backorder may arrive in a separate shipment. Refer to your Order history page (patients and clients) or Wholesale orders page (practitioners and staff) to see which items from your order have shipped and which items may arrive later due to a temporary backorder. Most items on backorder are shipped in 7-10 business days.
