Patient FAQs: How do I cancel my autoship subscription?
To cancel your autoship subscription:
- Go to the Autoship page and click the Edit shipment menu. On mobile devices, click the ellipsis menu ( ).
- Select Cancel Autoship.
- Select a reason and provide additional information on why you're canceling your subscription. This is optional and your feedback helps inform future improvements to autoship.
- When finished, select Cancel Autoship orders.

Note: Canceling your subscription after you've been sent an order confirmation email will not cancel your recent order.
