Patient FAQs: Can I set up autoship for frequently ordered products?
Yes, we can automatically ship previously ordered products at a frequency that works for you!
There are two options to get started:
- As you place an order, add products to your shopping cart and select an autoship shipping frequency for any products you'd like shipped automatically. With this option, your subscription won't be activated until your order is placed. Learn more.
- After your first order, go to the Autoship page in your account and add previously ordered products to your subscription. Adjust quantities, enter your shipping and billing information, and set a shipping frequency. Learn more.
We'll place your orders following the shipping schedule selected. You can visit the Autoship page to update your subscription at any time.
Note: Autoship is only available for patients and not currently available for practitioners.
