Patient FAQs: Can I set up autoship for frequently ordered products?
Yes, we can automatically ship previously ordered products at a frequency that works for you! Autoship is only available for patients and not currently available for practitioners.
After your first order, go to the Autoship page in your account. Add previously ordered products to your subscription, update quantities, enter your shipping and billing information, and set a delivery frequency to get started. Autoship is restricted to previously ordered products only.
We'll process your order following the delivery schedule selected (i.e., Deliver every month, two weeks, etc.) and charge your card on the Ships & charges date displayed on the page. Come back to the Autoship page to update your subscription at any time.
