Patient FAQs: Can I set up Autoship for frequently ordered products?
Yes, we can automatically ship your products at a frequency that works for you!
There are many ways to get started:
- Schedule new products on Autoship from the catalog or your plans. Learn more.
- While placing an order, add products to your shopping cart and select an Autoship frequency. With this option, your Autoship won't be activated until your order is placed. Learn more.
- After your first order, go to the Autoship page in your account and add previously ordered products to your Autoship schedule. Adjust quantities, enter your shipping and billing information, and select a shipping frequency. Learn more.
You can visit the Autoship page to update your schedule at any time. Multiple schedules are supported.
Note: Autoship is only available for patients and is not currently available to practitioners.
