Patient FAQs: I'm a patient. How do I add a new payment method to my account?
There are two available options for adding a new card to your patient account:
- When you place your next order.
- From the Autoship page, if you have an active autoship subscription.
Note: Unfortunately, saved credit cards can't be updated. Instead, you can add the card again with the updated expiry and CSV, then remove the existing saved card from your Account settings or Autoship page (active subscription required).
