Practitioner FAQs: I'm a practitioner. How do I change my email address?
Log in to your account and go to your Account settings page to update the email address you use to log in with or receive notifications to.
To change your login email, go to the Security tab and click Edit email to enter a new email address. Select Save to submit your changes.
To change the email address that receives email notifications for new patient signups, orders, and shipments, update your email in the Preferences tab beneath the Notifications email header. Select Edit notifications email (shown below), enter a new email, and click Save Changes to submit.
If you're retiring an email address, make sure to also update the contact email found on the Dispensary info page in Dispensary settings. This is the email we use to keep you in the know about upcoming events, new features, future promotions, and other valuable content to help you optimize your practice!
