Patient order FAQs: I'm a patient. How do I track my order?
We'll send a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number when your order, or part of your order, leaves one of our warehouses. Follow the tracking link in that email for your expected delivery date and the current whereabouts of your order.
If your order has shipped, you can also log in to your account to track your order:
- In your account, go to Order history to view your past orders.
- Find your recent order and select Track shipment.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipment to show movement on our couriers' websites.

Tip! Due to product availability, your order may ship in multiple packages. Review your shipping notification for any pending shipments that will ship later. Additional shipments will trigger multiple emails, so we recommend you monitor your inbox regularly.
