We do our best to ship all orders in a single shipment, but sometimes product(s) may need to be shipped from multiple warehouses or be shipped later if they're temporarily out of stock. Products on backorder can be identified in your order history in your account.
If a shipment arrives and you're missing products from your order, review your shipment notification emails first. If a partial shipment is suggested, the rest of your order may still be on the way!

Note: Products that can't be fulfilled within 21 calendar days will be canceled and refunded to your card automatically.
