Black Friday Cyber Monday volume expected: November 25th-29th.
Due to an expected increase in orders between Nov 25th-29th, we have temporarily removed the priority shipping option from the platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Patient orders will ship with our standard shipping option for delivery in 4-7 business days. Similarly, orders aren't guaranteed to ship same day if placed before the order cutoff (3pm ET).

Update: August 5th, 2022
As of August 5th, we'll be restoring Canada Post as the courier for all orders shipping within Canada. This includes shipments containing heat-sensitive products and deliveries to the west coast.

With some delays still being experienced with Canada Post, we're continuing to route shipments containing heat-sensitive products and cold packs through UPS, excluding shipments to PO boxes and rural areas UPS doesn't currently service.

Fulfillment delays in our Canadian warehouse have been resolved and our logistics partner is fulfilling new orders on time. Due to reduced staffing levels and additional COVID-related protocols implemented by our logistics partner in Canada, orders placed between Dec 26th - Jan 21st may have been delayed. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
Customers in Western Canada may experience delivery delays due to adverse weather conditions and the aftermath of recent weather events. We're continuing to route orders shipping to Alberta & British Columbia postal codes to UPS Standard service, excluding PO boxes and rural areas UPS doesn't currently service.

At the advice of Peel Public Health, Canada Post has temporarily closed a night shift at their Gateway East processing facility in Mississauga, Ontario. We're monitoring for delays and will adjust our services as needed.

We are no longer routing AB & BC orders to UPS unless they include heat-sensitive product.
Orders containing Heat sensitive products requiring an icepack will be shipped with UPS' Standard service to ensure the viability and efficacy of these products while in transit.
Orders without heat-sensitive products will be delivered by Canada Post.
Update: November 19th, 2020
We're now routing orders to select AB & BC postal codes (excluding PO boxes and rural areas) to UPS until further notice. These orders will ship UPS Standard with most shipments delivered within 1-3 business days. Due to the holiday season and COVID protocols, some shipments may take 3+ business days. UPS service levels aren't currently guaranteed.

Priority shipping and availability of temperature-sensitive have been restored in response to Canada Post service improvements.

Our Canadian customers may experience delays receiving orders as Canada Post extends their delivery-window estimates in response to a significant increase in parcel volume.
While we're on track with packing orders on the same or the next business day, Canada Post continues to face backlog in their sorting facilities processing significant volumes, and adjusting operations to prioritize employee and community safety during this health crisis.
What you should know:
- We are expecting delivery delays on orders placed on or after April 21st. Tracking numbers will appear 'invalid' until Canada Post has sorted your package.
- Standard shipments may take 7+ business days to be delivered, depending on your location.
- Priority and overnight shipping options have been temporarily removed as we cannot guarantee delivery in these timeframes.
- Temperature-sensitive products have been temporarily removed from our site until we're confident they'll maintain efficacy while in transit.
We're actively exploring alternative shipping options to get packages to you faster. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
