Welcome to Fullscript!
Let's take a look at the layout and features of your Fullscript patient account!
The Patient Menu
The patient menu is easy to navigate and is always visible on your screen except during checkout! Select any of the options in the menu to continue on to that page.
Browse thousands of professional-grade supplements available through the Fullscript catalog. You can search for products by name or apply brand and/or ingredient filters to find your favorite products.

Note: Access to the catalog is dependent on the Catalog settings determined by your practitioner. Please speak to your practitioner to request a prescription with your favorite products to place an order if you do not have access to the Catalog.
The option in your patient menu may display Recommendations or Prescriptions depending on the settings of the dispensary. Here, patients can view active prescriptions or recommendations that have been provided by their practitioner. Prescriptions are sorted by date, with most recent prescriptions displayed first.
Toggle between active prescriptions from the prescriptions list located in the corner of your screen.
Download a Copy of Your Prescription
From the Options menu in Prescriptions, download a version of your prescription to view offline, or print it out for a hardcopy.
Select Fill Prescription to add all of the products in the prescription to your shopping cart in one click.
Tip! Not ready to order all of the products in your prescription? Select Add to Cart to add individual products to your cart as needed.
Sign up for Autoship with Fullscript and receive your frequently ordered products on a predetermined schedule. Visit Autoship with Fullscript to learn more!
Schedule and manage autoshipments of your go-to products from Autoship, accessible from the patient menu.
Order history including Tracking and receipts can be found within Orders accessible from the patient menu. Order details can be found here immediately after your order has been placed.
From Orders, refill a past order, add products to your shopping cart, or select an order to view details including order status and tracking information.
View and manage your account details including passwords, address information, and saved payment methods from the Account page.

Your Shopping Cart
Access the shopping cart by selecting the cart symbol from the right hand corner. When selected, your cart and the products that have been added will populate on screen without you having to leave the page. Adjust quantities and remove products or Continue to Checkout when you're ready to Place Your Order.

Patients belonging to multiple Fullscript dispensaries will see an option to switch between accounts while logged in if the accounts share the same email address. Switch to another account by selecting Switch Dispensary then select the dispensary name you'd like to view or order from.
Ready to sign off? Select the logout icon from the bottom left hand corner of your screen to end your session.
Select the logout icon to sign out of your patient account.
