Let's take a look at the layout and features of your Fullscript patient account!
The Patient Menu
The patient menu is easy to navigate and is always visible on-screen with the exception of checkout! Select any of the options in the menu to continue on to that page.
Browse thousands of professional-grade supplements available through the Fullscript catalog. You can search for products by name or apply brand and/or ingredient filters to find your favorite products.
Select Catalog to search for available products.
Note: Access to the Catalog is determined by the dispensary owner. Please speak to your practitioner to request a prescription with your favorite products to place an order if you do not have access to products in the Catalog.
This option in the patient menu may display as Recommendations or Prescriptions depending on the settings of the dispensary. Here, patients can view active prescriptions, or recommendations, created by their healthcare provider. Prescriptions are sorted by date, with most recent prescriptions displayed first.
Scroll down the page to view past prescriptions while List all prescriptions is selected, or select a date to jump to a specific prescription.
Toggle between active prescriptions from the prescriptions list located in the corner of your screen.
Download a Copy of Your Prescription
Select the arrow in Prescriptions, to access more options. Select PDF to download a prescription to view offline, or Print prescription to print a hardcopy.

Select Fill Prescription to add all products and recommended quantities to your shopping cart in one click.
Tip! Not ready to order all of the products in your prescription? Select Add to Cart to add individual products to your cart as needed.
Sign up for Autoship with Fullscript and receive your frequently ordered products on a predetermined schedule. Visit Autoship with Fullscript to learn more!
Schedule and manage autoshipments of your go-to products from Autoship, accessible from the patient menu.
Order history including Tracking and receipts can be found in Orders accessible from the patient menu. Order details will be found here immediately after an order has been placed.
From Orders, refill a past order, add products to your shopping cart, or select an order to view more details including the status of the order and tracking information.
Patients belonging to multiple Fullscript dispensaries will see an option to switch between accounts if the accounts share the same email address. Switch to another account by selecting Switch Dispensary, then select the dispensary name you'd like to order from.
View and manage your account details including passwords, address information, and saved payment methods from the Account page.

Your Shopping Cart
Access the shopping cart by selecting the cart symbol from the right hand corner! When selected, your cart and the products that have been added will populate on screen without leaving the page. Adjust quantities, remove products, and Continue to Checkout when you're ready to Place Your Order.
View and modify the products in your shopping cart without leaving the page.
Ready to sign out? Select Sign out from the bottom left hand corner of your screen to end your session.
Select Sign out to log out of your account.
