Tracking your order
We'll send emails with your tracking number and shipped products when all (or part!) of your order ships. Keep an eye on your email inbox for these shipment notifications.
Or, go to the Order history page in your account, select your recent order, then click Track shipment (shown below!) to view the status of your order with the courier (UPS, USPS, or Canada Post).
Access your tracking information from your account.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This generally occurs when your order couldn't be fulfilled by a single warehouse, or products in your order were out of stock at the time your order was fulfilled.
Shipment notification emails are sent every time a shipment leaves our warehouse and will include which products are on their way, products that are still pending shipment, and your tracking information.
