View your tracking information
You'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Or, go to your Order History and select Track shipment to be redirected to the courier's website and view the current whereabouts of your shipment.
Access your tracking information from your account.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This generally occurs when your order could not be fulfilled by a single warehouse, or products in your order were out of stock at the time your order was fulfilled.
Shipment notification emails are sent every time a shipment leaves our warehouse and will include which products are on their way, products from your order that are still pending, and your tracking information.
