Tracking your order
As your order ships, partially or completely, we'll send you an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your shipment(s). Tracking notifications are sent to the email address you use to log in and most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Didn't receive an email? You can also log in to your account and go to the Order history page to retrieve your tracking information. Simply select your recent order then click Track shipment (shown below!) to view your tracking history with the courier (UPS, USPS, or Canada Post). You'll be redirected to the courier's website for

Your order status
From your Order history, select a past order to see its progress. From here, we'll let you know when it's begun processing, shipped, delivered, and if your order has run into any challenges along the way, such as a problem with your payment or a shipping error.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This generally occurs when your order couldn't be fulfilled by a single warehouse or products in your order were out of stock at the time your order was fulfilled.
Shipment notification emails are sent to you every time a shipment leaves our warehouse. They list which products are on their way, including links to track your order on the courier's website and display the current status of your order.
These emails also communicate how many shipments we're sending to fulfill your order with options to track each package that has shipped to date as they make their way to their destination!

Lost orders & other shipping errors
If you have concerns surrounding the whereabouts of your order, make sure to check its status. If you find out that something has happened before we do, please contact our Customer Success team.
