When to subscribe to autoship
Subscribing to 'autoship' your orders takes the hassle out of ordering your favorite products and makes sticking to your treatment plan a breeze.
Before you subscribe, a payment method needs to be saved to your account. This can be done by placing your first order, then creating your subscription from the Autoship page.
Subscribing from the 'Autoship' page
After your first order, you can automate your refills to ship at a frequency that aligns with your supply and treatment plan. You must have a saved payment method on your account to set up autoship.
To subscribe to autoship:
- Select Autoship from your patient menu. On mobile devices, select the menu ( ) to expand the patient menu, then tap Autoship.
- From the Ship every menu, select a shipping frequency.
- Add products from your list of previously ordered products.
- Adjust quantities as needed, and you're all set!

Your first autoshipment
Important notes about your first autoshipment:
✔ Your first order will not be placed immediately. If you have requested a frequency of every three weeks, for example, your first shipment date will be 3 weeks from today!
✔ You will receive a reminder email one week before your first ship date including a summary of the products to be included and associated charges. Your payment method will be charged on the date your order is placed.
✔ An automated confirmation email including a summary of the order and affiliated charges will be sent every time an order is placed.
✔ Cancellations and other changes can be made from the Autoship page at any time before an order has shipped. Changes made to products and quantities will not impact your shipping frequency or next ship date.
✔ Orders without heat-sensitive items are shipped with our standard shipping option and arrive within 4-7 business days. All heat-sensitive shipments are shipped with our priority option and arrive in 1-3 business days. Applicable shipping charges vary by your order total and region.
Changes & cancellations
Products you've subscribed to autoship and your shipping frequency can be updated from the Autoship page in your account at any time. However, it's important to note that changes won't affect orders that have already been placed or shipped. Additionally, due to our efficient fulfillment times, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed.
Making changes to your autoshipments
Sign in and make changes from the Autoship page in your account. Remove or add products by selecting the respective icons on the page. To adjust the quantity of a product, open the dropdown menu, and select the number of units you would like shipped. Changes are saved instantly and automatically, but will not impact orders that have already been placed.
Canceling future shipments
To cancel autoshipments altogether, simply remove all products in the Autoshipped products column from the Autoship page. Again, your changes will be saved instantly.
Note: When all products from the Autoshipped products column have been removed, you've successfully canceled all future shipments.
