The In-Office checkout tool is available to practitioners and staff members to place orders on a patient's behalf. Just a few benefits of In-Office checkout include:

Send & Place Order
After creating a new prescription or recommendation for a patient, practitioners can choose to send the prescription by email (Send to Patient), or send and place the order with the patient immediately (Send & Place Order).
When Send & Place Order is selected, the practitioner will be directed to the patient's cart where quantities can be adjusted and additional products can be added as needed.
Practitioners activating a prescription will have the option to send it to a patient where they can place the order on their own, or send and place the order immediately.
Creating a Patient's Cart
Products can also be added from any prescription linked to the patient's profile. Simply enter a prescription then select Add to cart to add individual products, or Add all products to cart if the patient is filling the complete prescription. Quantities can also be adjusted as needed before proceeding to checkout.

Placing an Order With In-Office Checkout
After the patient's cart is put together, you're ready to place the order!
- Select Proceed to Checkout
- Enter the patient's shipping address
- Enter a credit card and click Proceed
- Review the order and select a Shipping Method
- Click Place Order to submit
Confirm the details of the order in the final step of an In-Office checkout. Select a previous step to make any necessary changes.
Tip! If the credit card used for the order should not be saved to the patient's account, select the One time use checkbox on the Payment step during checkout.
What's Next for the Patient?
Once the order is submitted successfully, the patient will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of the order including applicable charges, followed by shipping and tracking information once the order has left our warehouse. Delivery can be expected between 1 and 7 business days - dependent on the shipping method selected.
