As treatment plans change, your frequently ordered products may change too! Learn how to make various changes to your autoship subscription by referencing commonly requested changes outlined in this article.

Before Making Changes
Products subscribed to autoship on your selected frequency can be updated from your Fullscript account, but it is important to remember that these changes won't affect orders that have already been placed. It's recommended to make changes as soon as possible, but a good rule of thumb is that changes can be made up until receiving the Order Confirmation email that confirms your upcoming order has already been placed.
View your next ship date from the Autoship page as shown below.
Your next ship date and estimated delivery date are determined by the shipping frequency, and are displayed on the Autoship page.
Products ordered through your account will appear as suggestions in the Autoship page. To add a new product:
- Scroll the Products list on the left
- Select Add - you're done!
- If the quantity needs to be adjusted, select the number of units, then Save. This is not necessary if only 1 unit requested.
Add products to autoship from Products listed in Autoship.
Tip! Adding a product to your cart will push that product, even if you have never ordered it previously, to the Products list on the Autoship page. While the product is still in your cart, go to Autoship and add the product to your future shipments. Empty your cart when finished.
To remove a product from your list of autoshipped products:
- Select Remove, as shown below, to remove a product - that's it!
Select Remove to remove a product from your future autoshipments.
Warning: Products cannot be removed from orders that have already been placed. Please see our Return Policy if you would like to return eligible products. However, removing the product from Autoship will successfully remove it from future shipments.
Updating a Product's Quantity
As the shipping frequencies range from every week to every 6 months, you're able to order multiple quantities over fewer orders to save on shipping costs and ensure you never run out of your products.
To update the quantity of a product to ship:
- Select the Quantity menu
- Choose a quantity from the menu
- Click Save
Select how many units of a single product to include in your autoshipment from Autoship.
Updating the Shipping Frequency
The shipping frequency can also be changed from the Autoship page.
To update your shipping frequency:
- Select the shipping frequency menu
- Choose a new frequency
- Click Update
Changes will take effect after selecting Update.
Autoshipments can be cancelled and resumed as needed. To cancel future autoshipments simply select Remove for all products that are currently autoshipped. When finished, your Autoship page will appear as shown below.
The Autoship page will not display a subtotal or next ship date when all products have been removed and autoship has been cancelled successfully.
