When will I lose access to NP Script?
All NP Script stores have closed as of January 1st, 2020.
How will I receive payouts?
Margin will be deposited every seven days directly into your preferred bank account provided during the account setup process; however, other frequencies are available upon request! Contact our Customer Success team for more information.
Can I deposit payouts into multiple bank accounts?
Payouts are deposited to a single bank account, but reports are available to assist with distributing funds for multi-practitioner dispensaries!
What can I expect come tax season?
NP Script practitioners receive a rebate amount check (payout) every month with a monthly statement providing a breakdown of the payout received. Before reporting on the platform was introduced, a statement was mailed with the rebate amount check to provide a breakdown of sales. These physical statements, along with statements now available through your online reports, will accurately reflect your full-year revenue with NPS.
Within Fullscript, dispensary owners can use Financial Reports to report their income. Learn more about Reports in our Knowledge Base for information on using these reports for tax purposes.
Note: Our Customer Success team is available to guide you to the resources you will need to submit your taxes, but they are unable to make recommendations on how to file your taxes. Please consult an accountant or tax professional for advice on how to best complete your tax requirements.
Do I still have access to reporting on NP Script?
All NP Script stores have closed as of January 1st, 2020. Your December statement will be mailed to you automatically. Other statements can be emailed to you upon request by contacting our Customer Success team.
Can I customize my Fullscript account as I could with NP Script?
You can personalize your dispensary with the name of your practice, your logo, and a custom avatar.
How can I redirect patients to Fullscript from my website?
Embeddable Fullscript branded website buttons are available within the Dispensary Settings from the Website Buttons page! A website button will encourage self-sign ups, redirecting visitors to your landing page where they can create an account in your dispensary, and place an order.

Can I place wholesale orders through Fullscript?
Wholesale is not currently available on Fullscript. We encourage wholesale orders to be placed through www.naturalpartners.com.

Can I feature specific products like I could on NPS?
Products can be added to categories to help your patients browse your preferred products and brands without a prescription. Favorited products will be accessible to patients if the Catalog permissions grant patients access to the complete Fullscript Catalog or Your Favorites.
To curate your favorite products:
- Go to the Catalog
- Select Your Favorites
- Choose from an existing category or add a new category
- Click Add products to this category
- When directed to the Catalog, search and add your favorite products
Tip! Products can be added to your categories from multiple locations in your dispensary! Select the Star icon as shown above and select a category for the product.
Will my NPS catalog settings transfer to Fullscript?
While your catalog cannot be transferred to Fullscript, your catalog data can be exported from NP Script to assist you in creating Favorites Categories and Protocols in Fullscript.

Can you help customize my catalog/setup categories?
Although we aren’t able to create Categories on your behalf, our Customer Success team is available to walk you through the process should you have trouble.

Will I need to resign MAP agreements?
Signing MAP agreements is not required on the Fullscript platform. Our supplier’s requirements are captured in our Terms of Service and outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy, which must be reviewed and accepted before orders can be placed through your dispensary.
Are all brands on NP Script available on Fullscript?
All brands previously available in NP Script are available through Fullscript, and more! Additional brands available through Fullscript include Ortho Molecular Products, Microbiome, Metagenics, and Seeking Health. Access to these brands may be limited based on the certification/license you have provided to activate your account.
Are all brands on Fullscript available wholesale?
Not all brands on Fullscript are available for wholesale. Exceptions include Metagenics, Ortho Molecular Products, Seeking Health, and Microbiome.

The transfer will not take place automatically, but store owners can contact our Customer Success team to request their NP Script patient list (.csv file) to import patients into Fullscript.
How do I let my patients know I am using Fullscript?
Welcome emails can be enabled while adding and importing patients to Fullscript to notify patients of the transition as their new account is created. You may also wish to communicate the news in person during appointments, through patient newsletters, or through an external email.
Do I need an access code for patients to create an account with Fullscript?
No, access codes are not required for self-sign up with Fullscript. Instead, your dispensary will have its own patient landing page identified by a unique welcome URL where new patients can create accounts.
Your landing page can be shared through patient newsletters, email, or in-office handouts and resources to encourage self-sign ups. Additionally, Embeddable Website Buttons, available in your Dispensary Settings, are also available to redirect visitors of your website to your landing page where they can sign up on their own and place an order.
Can I transfer patient information (email, product purchase history, discounts, etc.) to Fullscript?
Your patient list can be exported from NPS in a pre-formatted .csv file ready to be imported to Fullscript - no modifications required!
The patient list will include:
- Patient name
- Email address
- Phone
- Patient Discount
When imported, the patient’s discount will be rounded to the nearest 5%.
Note: Your dispensary discount should be set in Fullscript before your patient list is imported.
Can I import my patients' order history?
Complete order history, including receipts and shipment information, will not be available in Fullscript. However, a history of previously ordered products will be available to patients in the Fullscript Catalog if: the NPS store has been migrated successfully, and the patient has signed up for Fullscript with the same email used to sign up for NP Script.
Note: If you did not migrate to Fullscript prior to January 1st, 2020 and would like product history to be available to patients in the Fullscript Catalog, contact our Customer Success team for assistance in linking your accounts.
How do I export my patient list from NP Script?
As of January 1st, 2020, all NP Script stores have closed. Contact our Customer Success team to request your patient list export.
How do I import my patients into Fullscript?
- Go to Patients
- Select Import Patients
- In Step 1, select Choose a file
- Select your patient list file from your computer's file manager
- Enable/disable the optional invite email
- Click Import Patients
Please allow a few minutes for this process to complete before leaving the page! The amount of time it takes to upload your patients will depend on the number of patients in the file.
Warning! It is not recommended to make changes to the downloaded patient file before uploading to Fullscript.
Can I transfer recommendations from NP Script to Fullscript?
Recommendations created on NP Script cannot be transferred to Fullscript, but this data will be saved indefinitely and can be requested from our Customer Success team. Patients will also have access to E-Scripts in their email inbox.
Do I have to recommend all items or can patients order on their own?
No! Give patients full access to the Catalog, your Favorites, or both, to give patients access to products without a supporting recommendation/prescription. The Catalog and personalized prescriptions will be visible to your patients by default, but the Catalog can be customized to suit your needs! Learn more about Fullscript Catalog and Permissions.
Can I discount products for patients?
Products in your dispensary can be discounted by setting a discount at the patient level or across your entire dispensary. Both discount types will apply to all products within the dispensary.
Can I set a discount for select patients or set a dispensary wide discount?
Your choice! A dispensary discount will apply to all orders placed through the dispensary and requires little maintenance. A patient discount will be applicable only to that patient and will apply to all products available in your dispensary. While you can use a combination of these discounts, it is worth noting that a patient discount will be in addition to the dispensary discount.
Can I apply 'group discounts' to groups of patients?
Patient groups are not available in Fullscript, but two types of discounts are available to adjust patient pricing. A dispensary discount will apply to all patients, and patient discounts can be applied to increase discounts for specific patients. Dispensary owners can edit these discounts at any time.
Can I drop ship to patients?
Patients can use Fullscript to place orders on their own by logging into their account, adding items to their cart, and following the checkout process.
However, practitioners and staff members can also place orders on a patient's behalf with In-Office Checkout, shipping the order directly to the patient's address.
How can I track orders placed by my patients?
Orders placed through your dispensary can be monitored within the Orders tab of your practitioner account.
To view the tracking information for a patient’s order:
- Go to Orders
- Select a patient’s order
- Click Track Shipment
