Find Your Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped!
Alternatively, you can log in to Fullscript to view tracking information by following these steps:
- Sign in to Fullscript.
- Open the drop-down menu located in the right-hand corner of your screen by clicking on your name or, for mobile devices, the user menu icon.
- Select Past Orders.
- Find the order you would like to track in your history and select Track Package.
Access your tracking information from your account
It's possible your order may arrive in multiple shipments. This generally occurs when your order could not be fulfilled by a single warehouse, or products in your order were not in stock at the time your order was fulfilled.
In these cases, an email will be sent every time a shipment leaves our warehouse. In the shipping confirmation email, you will see which items were included as well as the tracking information for that shipment.
