Fullscript currently ships all US orders via UPS, but your order may be passed to USPS for final delivery depending on the shipping method selection and shipping address.
We are aware that some of our customers may be affected by courier limitations specific to their address. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot predetermine a courier for the delivery of your order, but we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Success team who may be able to assist in finding a solution for you!
For customers that cannot accept UPS deliveries, we recommend choosing the standard shipping option during checkout, as all standard deliveries will be passed off to USPS for final delivery. Our Customer Success agents can review previous shipments if you have ordered before, and will have up to date information on our couriers that may help meet your needs!
Note: All US orders shipped via our standard shipping method will begin with UPS and be passed to USPS for final delivery.
Couriers in Canada
All Canadian Shipments are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.
Note: Some shipments have been rerouted to UPS due to the Canada Post Strike.
Proof of Delivery
Our Canadian customers can require a signature at the Shipping Method step during checkout as this is a service provided by Canada Post.
Unfortunately, as this service is not currently offered/adhered to by all our couriers in the US, we are unable to offer required signatures on delivery. As an alternative, you can include signature instructions as part of the shipping address in Address Line 2. This is not a guarantee and is up to the discretion of the driver.
Tip: If you're concerned about receiving deliveries in your area, try shipping to an alternate address such as a family member's address, work address, or friend's address. View our Eligible Shipping Address article for more information.
