Overview: Migrating from Wellevate to Fullscript
We’ve worked hard to ensure everything you need to continue your level of care and productivity is organized and actionable in one place. You can stay focused on helping your patients and running your practice — we’ll make sure you can do it all from one platform.
The Wellevate website closed on October 1st, 2023, but it's not too late to migrate your data! If you haven't migrated already, please click here to learn more and get started.
Note: Your Emerson Ecologics account isn't going away, and you can continue to use the Emerson platform for your wholesale needs. Fullscript will be your new tool for direct-to-patient supplement dispensing.
Before you begin
When you migrate your Wellevate data to Fullscript, we'll move your patients, recommendations, orders, protocols, financial reports, and favorites to make the transition as smooth as possible. It’s important to note that you, as a practitioner, must sync your Wellevate account to Fullscript before we can reach out to your patients to help them get set up.
We strongly recommend taking a moment to review and update your dispensary settings, including your dispensary terminology, catalog access, profit & discount settings, and patient welcome page before starting the data migration in Fullscript. Discount settings are not transferred and must be manually adjusted in Fullscript.
Additionally, if you have multiple accounts on either Fullscript or Wellevate, be sure you’re syncing the right accounts together. Once you merge accounts, the action can't be undone.
The data import will exclude any inactive patients, recommendations, and protocols. Anything you don’t want available in Fullscript (e.g., protocols, favorites, recommendations, and patient accounts) should be deactivated in Wellevate prior to completing the migration.

Completing the migration and creating your new Fullscript dispensary
To start your migration to Fullscript:
- Click here and enter the email address you used to log into Wellevate.
- Next, choose I'm new to Fullscript and click Continue.
Note: If you already have an account, select I already have a Fullscript account and follow these migration steps instead.
- Enter your Wellevate credentials and click Sign-in. This action doesn't import your data; that action will be completed later.
- Review your first/last name, dispensary name, and modality type.
Note: Feel free to make any necessary edits.
- Accept our terms of service and privacy statement and select Continue.
- Enter your preferred login email and set a password for your new Fullscript account then click Create account.
Note: You'll see an 'Email already taken' message if you're trying to use an email that's already tied to another Fullscript account. Learn more about what to do and how to get support.
- Review or add your State, Preferred phone number and click Next: Select account type to continue.
Note: If completing your account isn't convenient at this time and you'd like to come back later, click I'll do this later.
- Adjust your profit margin from the drop-down menu and click Set up profit account.
Note: Clicking Skip for now will set you to a no-profit dispensary, but you can always set up a profit account later when you're ready.
- On the next screen, you can compare your Wellevate profit margin and discount with your Fullscript selection and adjust as needed. When satisfied, click Next: Set up payouts.
- Here you'll need to enter the following information to enable direct deposit payouts:
- Business type (individual, business, etc.)
- Legal business name (if applicable)
- Tax ID
- First/last name
- Date of birth
- Financial address

Note: Unlike Wellevate, Fullscript creates and manages a Stripe account for you. Reports are available directly in Fullscript after your first successful payout.

Once complete, click Become a profit account.
Next, you'll need to review and set your catalog permissions. From your dashboard:
- Click Set catalog permissions.
- Select a patient catalog experience:
- Open catalog
- Private categories and favorites
- Restricted catalog
- Closed catalog.

- Click Save settings to save your changes. You can modify catalog access at any time.
We're almost there! Now that your Fullscript dispensary settings are to your liking, you can import your Wellevate data, including your patients, into Fullscript.
To import your Wellevate data into your new Fullscript dispensary:
- From the banner at the top of your dashboard, click Start migration.
- Review all information on the Migrate your Wellevate account page before continuing. When you're ready, click Start migration to continue. This action can't be undone.
- That's it! The migration typically takes under 5 minutes and you can explore your Fullscript dispensary while you wait. Once the migration is complete, your Wellevate account will become read-only.
To see a summary of your migrated data, return to the Wellevate account migration page and follow the links to view your data in Fullscript. This page will be accessible for 90 days to help you get familiar with your new Fullscript account.
Tip! We'll also send an email containing a detailed summary of your migrated data when the migration is complete.
Migration steps for existing practitioners on Fullscript
To migrate your Wellevate data to an existing Fullscript account:
- Log into your Fullscript account and select Start migration from the dashboard. If you don't see this as an option, click here to get started.
- Review the information on this page to know what to expect during the import and after. When you’re ready, click Continue.
- Enter your Wellevate credentials (email and password), then click Continue to link your accounts and begin the data migration.
- You can click away to continue using Fullscript and Wellevate or exit your accounts altogether while the import is in progress; this could take 20 minutes or more to finish. The time to complete is dependent on the amount of data being migrated.
- When the import is finished, we'll notify you by email and send email invitations to your patients to join you on Fullscript. At this stage, your Wellevate account will transition to a read-only state. You can view a summary of your successfully migrated data by returning to the Wellevate account migration page and following the links to view your Wellevate data in Fullscript. You can access this from the practitioner menu for up to 90 days following the migration.
Tip! The 'import complete' email will be sent to the email address you use to log into Fullscript.
Multi-practitioner accounts on Fullscript
Multiple Wellevate stores can be migrated to a single Fullscript account to support clinics and businesses with multiple practitioners.
Add new practitioners to Fullscript if they don't already have an account. Once invited, they can follow the same steps outlined above to link and migrate their Wellevate data to Fullscript.
Note: If additional practitioners don’t see the option to import their Wellevate data into their practitioner accounts, please contact our support team to have this feature enabled. This is only available for additional practitioners in accounts that are actively being migrated.
The patient experience
Email invitations to join you on Fullscript will be sent to patients when the import is complete. Following the link and instructions in the email invite, patients will create their accounts under your dispensary. Existing patients in your dispensary can follow a short migration process of their own to sync their accounts and access their Wellevate history in Fullscript.
Tip! Unlike Wellevate, patients on Fullscript can have multiple accounts sharing a single email address and switch between accounts to view treatment plans and order history from multiple providers. These accounts are separated at the dispensary level, meaning if they receive plans from practitioners operating under a single Fullscript dispensary, all Wellevate data transferred to the multi-practitioner dispensary will be accessible in one account, with recommendations labeled with the authoring practitioner's name.
Accessing Wellevate order history and recommendations
As patients with Wellevate order or recommendation history explore their accounts, they'll have access to a menu to toggle between Wellevate and Fullscript originating data. This menu will only display if Wellevate history exists.

Rescheduling auto-refills
Any active auto-refills will be canceled once they make the move, but we'll be sharing resources and providing hands-on support to help them reschedule with Fullscript's autoship right away.
