If your patients receive a "There is a problem with your practitioner's store setup" error when attempting to place orders, there may be missing or incorrect business or financial details on your account.
To update your information, go to the Payouts and tax page (US accounts) or the Payments page (Canadian accounts) to review and correct the required fields.
