Canada Post service disruption

As of September 25, 2025, postal services across Canada were interrupted as a result of job action at Canada Post. During a labour disruption, certain services may be delayed or not delivered at all.

Canada Post operations resumed November 24, 2025 as the union has agreed to pause strike action. Please expect some delays as Canada Post resume service during the pause.

How service disruptions impact your Fullscript orders

We’ve made a handful of changes following the service disruption to keep you on track with your plans:

• We’ve added new alternative courier options. We’ll select the best courier for your order as it ships.
• Priority shipping is temporarily disabled in Canada as we can’t guarantee the 1–3 business day delivery window with our courier partners. We apologize for the inconvenience and will restore this option as soon as possible.
