A product I want to order is on backorder. When will it be available?

Products that are temporarily backordered are usually replenished within 10-14 business days. If provided by suppliers, approximate restock dates are displayed directly in the platform. These dates are displayed on most pages except the catalog where space is limited. You can either hover over a product’s status or select a product to view the restock date (if available) on the product’s display page.

If you’re looking for a replacement in the meantime, we recommend browsing our Catalog for available products and selecting similar products curated by our in-house Integrative Medical Advisory team. You can also speak to your practitioner about possible alternatives.
